Can I change my plan at anytime?
Yes you can easily and instantly change your plan at any time via the Account links on the main menu.  As your business expands and you need to offer smart logic, get a dedicated number or send mobile marketing via your mobile phone number, simply upgrade to the next plan.

Do I have to sign a long-term contrract?
No.  TextHub is a month by month service, meaning you pay for the service on a monthly basis and can cancel or suspend your account at any time.  Please note that you are pre-billed for the month; you will not receive a refund if you cancel your account mid-term but you won't be billed again.

What is the difference between a Global and a Private Keyword?
As you may be familiar with a text message keyword, allowing your customers to reach you on a shared number, we decided to break this up into two types, Global and Private.  A global keyword is the traditional way of anyone reaching you at your mobile marketing number, while a private keyword opens the boundaries allowing you to setup unlimited keywords that existing subscribers can reach you at.

What does smart logic do?
TextHub's Patent Pending Smart Logic allows your customers to ask you questions utilizing natural language.  For example they can ask you "What are your specials tonight?" and our system will atomically text them your specials for the night.  While being able to distinguish between Friday's specials and other dates.  Smart Logic assures  your customer's questions are always answered.

Do I really get UNLIMITED Messages?
Yes, all accounts offer you the ability to send out unlimited messages included in the plan.  We don't believe in limiting you to the amount of marketing campaigns or subscribers you can have with a TextHub account.  So go ahead and send a campaign!
